  • Frozen banana: This smoothie’s natural sweetness is largely derived from frozen bananas.
  • Lemon: for that amazing tartness, we’re utilising both fresh lemon juice and lemon zest.
  • Almond extract: believe me when I say that this ingredient elevates the flavour.

Making a Smoothie with Blueberries
