The use of fresh bread and chicken spice is the one item that hasn’t altered. There is no poultry in the spice mixture, so don’t worry. A mixture of sage, thyme, marjoram, rosemary, black pepper, and nutmeg is used as poultry seasoning. In addition, we include artichokes and mushrooms together with the traditional vegetables, such as onion and celery.

1 heaping teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 pinch pepper
4 oz vegan parmesan cheese
2 cups vegan no chicken broth
14 oz artichoke hearts quartered, cut in half (we use frozen and defrost)

- Prepare the other ingredients while the bread is roasting in the oven.
- Butter, celery, onion, mushrooms, artichokes, and seasonings should all be combined in a big skillet. Cook, stirring periodically, until the vegetables are soft.
- After the bread is finished, transfer it to a big basin. Cover the bread with the vegetable mixture and broth. Mix thoroughly after adding the vegan parmesan cheese.
- Dump the stuffing mix into a large baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes covered at 350 degrees F and 10 minutes uncovered.

Notes
- Include your favorite vegetables do you like asparagus or Brussels sprouts? Now go ahead and include it. This also applies to dislike of a component; for instance, are you not a fan of mushrooms? You can omit them and replace with your preferred mild-flavored veggie.
Do you dislike parmesan cheese? Don’t include it. Without it, this recipe tastes just as good as it does.
Make sure you choose a bread without seasonings and flavorings if you want to save the trouble of chopping and baking the bread that is already cubed and available in more supermarkets.
